Will Koch

Founder and CEO

Most people in finance are asking what AI can do today. Will is asking what it should be doing for us 5 years from now. He started WAM Agentics in January 2026, had the first agent running by April and CFAs and CFPs testing it in May, and by August investment firms and analysts were paying for it. His goal is simple: use AI safely to help every advisor or investor, professional or not, to know what matters faster.

Will is a portfolio manager on Seattle University’s Redhawk Endowment Fund and is working on his Master’s in Finance at Seattle U, where he also plays Division I golf. He spoke at CFA Society Seattle in September 2026.

Santi runs operations. Business processes, front-end design, and everything a startup needs that is not the product itself, so Will can stay focused on building it.

He is a Sullivan Scholar at Seattle University studying finance and accounting, an equity research analyst on the Redhawk Endowment Fund, and co-president of the Albers Investment Group. He has passed the Series 65 exam and is headed for wealth management after graduation.

How this started

I built this because I was wasting my mornings.

I manage a portfolio for the Redhawk Endowment Fund. Real capital, real mandate, real meetings where someone asks why a position moved and "I hadn't gotten to it yet" is not an answer.

So every morning I did what everyone does. Ten sources, a few newsletters, a filings check, and a lot of reading that had nothing to do with anything I owned: an hour and a half to find the four things that actually touched the book. That work was necessary and almost none of it was skilled. It was assembly, so I automated the assembly and kept the judgment.

Then a CFP asked if he could have one. Then another advisor. That is the company.

What we believe

The gathering is not the work. The judgment is.

AI should do the first one so a professional can spend more time on the second, which is why the agent computes and organizes but never advises.

Pillar 01

Judgment stays human.

The agent gathers, computes, and organizes. It never gives advice. What to buy, what to sell, and what to recommend to a client stay with you, and you remain the fiduciary of record.

Pillar 02

Trust is engineered, not claimed.

Every number in a brief is calculated in code from institutional data, never written by a language model. Sources are cited and disclosures are embedded, because a professional's reputation is not ours to spend.
